Celebrate Recovery

What is Celebrate Recovery?
Celebrate Recovery is a biblical and balanced program that can help you overcome life’s habits, hurts and hang-ups.
What is the purpose of Celebrate Recovery?
The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to encourage fellowship and to celebrate God’s healing power in our lives as we work our way along the road to recovery. We are changed as we share our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace and forgiveness in solving life’s problems.
Who can participate in Celebrate Recovery?
In Romans 3:23, the Bible tells us that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Though all of us have sinned, many of us become so entangled in a particular sin or sins that we cannot see any light at the end of our tunnels. If you’re one who struggles with emotional issues, co-dependency, pornography, gambling, alcohol or drugs, cigarettes or anything else that stands in the way of a growing relationship with Jesus, this group is for you.
When does Celebrate Recovery meet?
Celebrate Recovery meets in Apache Shores off of Debba Lane on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM. Materials about Celebrate Recovery are available upon request.
What can I expect when I get there?
Expect to meet people who understand who you are, where you come from and where you’re going! Our leaders are not clinical psychologists but are real people who struggle with real habits, hurts and hang-ups; but they are also experiencing the healing power of a loving God who is able to deliver us.
